Celem niniejszego opracowania jest identyfikacja własności i głównych wymiarów determinujących inteligencję organizacji wirtualnej. Aby zrealizować tak postawiony cel, wcześniej pokrótce przedstawiono rolę zasobów wiedzy w organizacji wirtualnej. Opracowanie kończy prezentacja głównych barier utrudniających rozwój inteligencji organizacji wirtualnej (fragment tekstu)

Nowadays the basic resource deciding about adaptive abilities, the market position, developmental possibilities and competitive advantage of both traditional and virtual organizations becomes the knowledge. The efficacy of the virtual organization in the knowledge management (and particularly the skill of its proper utilization) causes that it can be described as intelligent organization. In the article, in the introduction was discussed the problems of the knowledge management and then were introduced properties of the intelligent organization. In the further part were presented dimensions of the intelligence in the virtual organization and barriers in the development of the virtual organizations Inteligence were indicated.
