Abstrakty

W opracowaniu przedstawiono podstawowe wyniki badań nad zmianami sytuacji pracy kadry kierowniczej średniego szczebla pod wpływem przepisów reformy gospodarczej. Uwagę skoncentrowano na zagadnieniu przemian samodzielności działania kierowniczego. Wyeksponowano przy tym następujące podstawowe aspekty pracy tych osób w istotny sposób powiązane z możliwością dokonania oceny zaszłych zmian: zmianę zakresu zadań i obowiązków zmiany obciążenia pracą i odpowiedzialności za zadania oraz zmianę uprawnień. In the paper the main results of examinations of the changes in operation of the middle level managerial staff influenced by the economic reform regulations have been presented. A special attention was paid to the problem of changes in self-dependent managerial activity (341 managers of industrial enterprises have been inquired). The following main aspects of work (essentially related to the possibility of estimation of the existing changes) of these persons were displayed: changes of the range of tasks and duties, changes in imposition of work, changes in sense of responsibility for tasks and changes in authority. The results show that the economic reform has not effected essentially the work situation of the managers. Hardly 34,6% of persons found the range of their tasks had changed, at the same time only half of them considered the changes to be advantageous. 70% of the inquired were of the opinion the range of their authority had not been enlarged. Thus the elements of work which form Competent self-dependence of managerial activity, whose improvement makes one of the main aims of economic reform, have not been subjected to any considerable changes.
