The Implementation of Labour Rotation in the Workers Opinion

W artykule przedstawiono fragment wyników badań nad formami organizacji produkcji humanizującymi pracę robotników. Koncentrując uwagę na jednej z tych form tj. rotacji pracy - starano się wykazać potrzebę określania stosunku robotników do proponowanych zmian organizacji pracy, jako ważnej podstawy ustalania taktyki wdrażania innowacji organizacyjnych. The paper presents a fragment of the results of the empirical investigations of the forms of the organization of production humanizing the workers' labour. Concentrating on one of these forms - the job rotation - the authors attempted to show the need of determining the workers' attitude towards the suggested changes of the organization of labour as an important basis for establishing the tactics of implementation of the organizational innovations into the industrial practice. On the basis of the workers' opinion (N = 624) employed in 22 different technological processes it has been pointed out what attitude to the job rotation ought to be expected according to sex, age, period of service, qualifications and wages. On this basis conclusions and recommendations have been formulated which ought to be taken into account while preparing the implementation of the discussed form of the organization of labour.
