Opracowanie ma charakter dyskusyjny. Obejmuje ono omówienie - na tle ewolucji charakteru przedsiębiorstw w gospodarce socjalistycznej - warunków i potrzeby stosowania przez przedsiębiorstwa własnej strategii. Szczególną uwagę zwrócono na zagadnienie strategii rozwoju. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The enterprises which function nowadays are usually large economic organizations forming important economic complexes and only an executive role cannot be ascribed to them. They must shape their activities and arrange their development and expansion actively, linking their own interests with the interests of the community at large by means of simultaneous reacting to external factors (the tasks of the central plan, price level, etc.) and the creation of their own goals. The creation of the goals of an enterprise, referring particularly to the relation: production-market, may be achieved only when managing the enterprise on the basis of long-term goals and tasks. This requires managing the enterprise according to a special strategy understood as the determination of basical, long-term goals and conditions of development and the allocation of resources which are necessary for the realization of these goals. The need to work out their own strategies in enterprises and conditioning of the efficient management according to this strategy (in that development strategy) have been presented in the elaboration in a controversial way.
