The article contains the discussion of the influence of scientific-technological progress in machine building industry of GDR over the formation of changes in work organization and in production processes. It stresses the problems concerning technological preparation for the production. Particular attention has been paid to the influence of scientific-technological development over the changes of content appearing within the framework of the integrated, objectively specialized production. The results of research made at the Section of Technology of Metalworking Industry of Technological College in Karl-Marx-Stadt are the basis of the article. (original abstract)
