Niniejsze opracowanie ma na celu rozważenie odpowiedzi na pytanie dotyczące strategii zarządzania przedsiębiorstwami zajmującymi się turystyką w nadchodzącej przyszłości. Aktualny kryzys ekonomiczny na świecie, który objął również turystykę, przyczynił się rozpowszechnienia współpracy i kooperacji pomiędzy podmiotami branży turystycznej, zamiast tradycyjnego konkurowania. Analiza zarządzania wartością, w tym wartością dodaną, objęła trzy rodzaje przedsiębiorstw turystycznych związanych z turystyką: hotele, biura podroży i linie lotnicze. W wymiennych podmiotach gospodarczych postawiono na pokazanie możliwości współpracy w łańcuchu wartości i na koncepcję stawiającą klienta w centrum uwagi. Analizując strategie zarządzania, starano się przypomnieć możliwości, jakie daje Value Based Management, szeroko rozumiejąc zarządzanie wartością jako zarządzanie zasobami. Podjęto też próbę rozważenia sytuacji klienta w łańcuchu wartości w aspekcie innowacji, szczególnie tych, które dotyczą nowoczesnej technologii. Starano się przybliżyć opinię, że nie wszystkie przedsiębiorstwa związanez turystyką są w równym stopniu nastawione na współpracę. Idea współpracy dociera do firm opartych na pośrednictwie. The main goal of this paper is the answer to the question of management strategies a company engaged in tourism in the coming future. The current economic crisis in the world, who took over the tourism contributed to the prevalence of cooperation and collaboration between entities instead of the traditional tourism industry compete. Analysis of the value including the value added there were three types of tourism enterprises linked to tourism: hotels, travel agencies and airlines. The removable traders erected to show the possibilities of cooperation in the value chain concepts and puts the customer in focus. Analysing the coping strategies designed to recall the opportunities offered by Value Based Management Value Management broad understanding resource management has been taken as an attempt to consider the client's situation in the value chain in terms of innovation, particularly those which relate to modern technology. The paper approach the concept that not all businesses associated with tourism are equally focused on cooperation (most travel agencies and hotels to a limited extent, while for the airlines still the most important management strategy is to compete), Most of the idea of cooperation receives for companies based in intermediary.
