Modele harmonogramowania realizacji projektu

Abstrakty
Niniejszy artykuł stanowi przegląd modeli i metod stosowanych w optymalizacji harmonogramów projektów i programów ze względu na ilość oraz typy kryteriów i ograniczeń. Różnorodność i złożoność modeli jest ogromna, dlatego stworzenie uniwersalnej klasyfikacji dla tych problemów jest niezmiernie trudne. (...) Harmonogramowanie projektów należy do problemów klasy NP-trudnych, stąd najczęściej stosowanymi metodami rozwiązywania są metody heurystyczne. Często stosowaną metodę stanowią algorytmy ewolucyjne lub ich modyfikacje. Różnorodność modeli harmonogramowania projektów, a także metod, które mogą być wykorzystywane do rozwiązywania tych problemów, stwarza duże możliwości na prowadzenie badań w tym kierunku.
