Abstrakty

Współczesny rozwój przedsiębiorstw jest bardzo silnie powiązany z jednym ze trendów rozwijającym się od początków lat 90 - tych dwudziestego wieku - outsourcingiem. Pozwala dokonać restrukturyzacji organizacji, zwiększyć jej elastyczność w reakcji na pojawiające się ryzyko i niepewność działania a także obniżyć koszty zarówno bezpośrednio jak i pośrednio związane z procesami produkcji. Znajduje zastosowanie w tych obszarach działalności przedsiębiorstwa, które dzięki wydzieleniu ich i przekazaniu do realiza-cji podmiotom zewnętrznym można wykonać szybciej, sprawniej i po niższym koszcie. Pozwala również przedsiębiorstwu skupić się na tych funkcjach i dziedzinach, które dzięki posiadanym zasobom, umiejętnościom i doświadczeniu wykonuje najlepiej. Celem opracowania jest w oparciu o badania empiryczne ukazanie obszarów działalności przedsiębiorstw, które podlegają wyodrębnieniu i przekazaniu ich realizacji podmiotom zewnętrznym oraz wskazanie motywów, które leżą u podstaw decyzji outsourcingowych. The modern development of enterprises is very strongly connected with one of the tendencies developing since the 90's of the XX century - outsourcing. This enables restructuring of the organization, increase its elasticity in reaction to the appeared risk and insecurity of activity as well as decrease costs connected with the direct and indirect production processes. This is applied in these areas of enterprise activity which through their allocation to the realization by the exterior subject, may be fulfilled faster, more efficiently and at lower costs. This enables the enterprise to focus on these functions and areas, which thanks to the possessed resources, abilities and experiences, are performed the best. On the basis of empirical examination the paper presents the areas of enterprises activities which are outsourced and allocated to the exterior entities and indicates the motives influencing the outsourcing decisions.
