Najistotniejszym problemem Europy wcale nie jest zacieśnienie fiskalne (ang. austerity), ale kryzys. Jak sobie z nim poradzić? Co zrobić, by zapewnić Europie spokojną przyszłość i to taką, aby nie dotknął jej kolejny kryzys? Ale to nie kryzys i nie wyjście z niego jest tematem europejskiej debaty. Podstawą dyskusji o rzeczywistym europejskim problemie, czyli przyszłości, stało się zacieśnienie fiskalne. Klasyczny temat zastępczy. (fragment tekstu)
