Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest włączenie się w dyskusję nad sposobem ukształtowania procesu zarządzania granicami organizacji, pozwalającym na zbalansowanie różnych sposobów postrzegania granic. Punktem wyjścia w artykule uczyniono charakterystykę koncepcji granic organizacji, co w dalszej części pozwoliło na omówienie propozycji procedury zarządzania granicami. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of this paper is to join in the discussion over the process of boundaries management that allows to balance the different ways of perception of boundaries. The paper starts with a description of the basic assumptions of the concept of boundaries management, which later led to a description of the thirteen- stage process of boundaries management.
