Abstrakty
Celem niniejszej publikacji jest próba określenia związków pomiędzy zmianami w opiece zdrowotnej a zasobami ludzkimi w tym sektorze. Analiza literatury pozwala na stwierdzenie, że powodzenie działań reformatorskich w znacznej mierze zależy od zbudowania przez organizacje opieki zdrowotnej zintegrowanych strategii zasobów ludzkich, z jednej strony zgodnych z wartościami i celami systemów zdrowotnych, z drugiej zaś promujących innowacyjne i elastyczne sposoby włączania pracowników w nowe procesy.(abstrakt oryginalny)
The aim of this article is to assess relations between health care change and health care resources. Analysis of publications show that the statement that success of restructurization activities depends largely on integrated strategies butli by health care organizations is based on strategies concerninig human resources. These strategies should be butli in accordance with aim and values of health care system and the same time that should promowe innovative and flexible ways of employees integration into new processes.(original abstract)
