Abstrakty

Innowacje są jednym z najważniejszych źródeł wzrostu gospodarczego. System edukacji w Finlandii jest postrzegane jako ważny czynnik innowacyjności gospodarki. Najważniejsze cechy tego systemu to: powszechność edukacji na szczeblu przedszkolnym i szkolnym oraz wysoki odsetek absolwentów studiów, wczesne stosowanie i wysoka skuteczność pomocy uczniom z problemami, zapewnienie bardzo wysokiego poziomu nauczania na szczeblu podstawowym i średnim, wypracowanie zwyczaju poszerzania i uaktualniania wiedzy zdobytej w toku formalnej edukacji, atmosfera otwartości i zaufania w szkołach, aktywne współkształtowanie struktury podaży kwalifikowanych pracowników przez rząd, rzeczywista nieodpłatność edukacji wyższej.

Innovations are one of the most important sources of economic growth. The education system in Finland is seen as an important factor of its economy innovativeness. Key features of this system include: high participation rates at every level of education, very high level of education at primary schools, the equal opportunity principle, giving priority to individualised education and creativity, effective supporting live-long learning, shaping the structure of the supply of tertiary education graduates by the government, ensuring that each level of education is free of charge.
