Analizą objęto wyniki badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego w 2011 r. wśród polskich i niemieckich jednostek samorządu lokalnego z obszaru pogranicza. Badanie pozwoliło określić specyficzne uwarunkowania rozwoju lokalnego na pograniczu, a także zidentyfikować podobieństwa i różnice co do oceny poszczególnych czynników i barier rozwoju w opinii samorządów polskich i niemieckich(abstrakt oryginalny)

The article examines the results of a survey conducted in 2011 among Polish and German local government units from the borderland. The study enabled to determine the specific conditions of local development in the borderland, as well as to identify similarities and differences in the assessment of particular factors and barriers of development in the opinion of the German and Polish self-governments(original abstract)
