Abstrakty
Celem opracowania jest zbadanie relacji między wizerunkiem firmy a postawami wobec niej młodych konsumentów. Wyodrębnione w wizerunku wymiary to postrzegane kompetencje oraz społeczna odpowiedzialność. Badanie zostało przeprowadzone na próbie studentów z dwóch polskich miast. Wyniki wskazują, że postrzegana społeczna odpowiedzialność firmy może być istotnym czynnikiem kreującym przychylne postawy konsumentów wobec takiej jednostki. Jakkolwiek, oddziaływanie kompetencji przedsiębiorstwa na postawy konsumentów wydaje się znacznie silniejsze niż wpływ społecznej odpowiedzialności.(abstrakt oryginalny)
