Abstrakty

Standardy organizacyjne i techniczne, determinujące rozwój e-Government w Republice Federalnej Niemiec, mają znaczenie dla poprawy jakości pracy w urzędach i pozyskania oszczędności finansowych w sektorze publicznym. Koordynatorzy rozwoju e-Government pracują nad optymalizacją tych standardów. Opracowano metody definiowania i określania ich przydatności. Standardy organizacyjne wyznaczają metody zarządzania i są określone w instytucjach formalnych, do których należą ustawy, rozporządzenia i inne regulacje prawne. Ważnymi standardami organizacyjnymi są rozporządzenia w sprawie tworzenia jednolitych modeli architektury informacyjno-komunikacyjnej, ponieważ znacznie przyczyniają się do oszczędności finansowych i wzrostu efektywności pracy w sektorze publicznym. E-Govemment plays an important role in contemporary state administration activity. The quality of organizational and technical standards determines the development of e-Government and is extremely important for the improvement of work quality in the offices and for the realization of significant financial economies in the public sector. For this reason e-Government coordinators in the German state administration have been working on the optimization of standards. The present article discusses the development of e-Government standards and their importance for the quality of work and for the financial economies in the German public sector. (original abstract)
