Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest przedstawienie założeń modelu dojrzałości procesowej, który będzie umożliwiał ocenę poziomu dojrzałości procesowej organizacji. W treści artykułu omówiono koncepcję dojrzałości procesowej oraz zaprezentowano wyniki badań literaturowych dotyczących modeli dojrzałości procesowej. Pokazały one m.in. trudności w zidentyfikowaniu szczegółowej metodyki oceny dojrzałości procesowej oraz ograniczone możliwości walidacji istniejących modeli. Wynikiem przeprowadzonych badań literaturowych jest propozycja modelu dojrzałości procesowej, będącego próbą syntezy aktualnego stanu nauki w tym zakresie, który zostanie wykorzystany do oceny poziomu dojrzałości polskich przedsiębiorstw. The article aims at presenting the concept of process maturity model, suitable for the assessment of process maturity level of an organization. The first part of the article explains the concept of process maturity, and presents the results of literature research on process maturity models. The research indicated difficulties in identifying detailed methodology for process maturity assessment and limited validation data on existing models. The result of literature research is a proposal of process maturity model, which is an attempt to synthesize the current state of knowledge in this area. The model will be used to assess the process maturity level of Polish companies. (original abstract)
