Abstrakty

Artykuł podejmuje tematykę procesu przejścia z edukacji wyższej do pracy oraz zatrudnialności. Na podstawie fińskich rozwiązań instytucjonalnych obecnych na poziomie polityki państwa oraz na poziomie uczelni wyższych, podjęta zostaje próba wyciągnięcia z nich wniosków dla polskiej polityki szkolnictwa wyższego. Zdaniem autora, fiński przykład pozwala zakwestionować dominujące podejście, w którym absolwenci występują tylko jako podaż odpowiadająca na popyt rynku pracy, a zatrudnialność jest tylko cechą indywidualną. The article tackles some problems of tertiary school-to-work transition and employability. Through the analysis of Finnish policy solutions at the state and organizational level and, experiences and processes in this country with regard to the problems considered, the author attempts to infer some conclusions for the current Polish higher education policy. In the view presented, the Finnish case allows to question dominating approach to the problems which considers graduates only as a supply responding to a labour market demand, and employability solely as a personal feature.
