Abstrakty

W niniejszym opracowaniu przyjęto teoretyczną koncepcję paradygmatów Thomasa S. Kuhna jako podstawę rozważań na temat wpływu odseparowania własności i zarządzania w praktyce gospodarczej na rozwój teorii przedsiębiorstwa. Koncepcja ta może pozwolić na rozstrzygnięcie, czy oddzielenie własności i zarządzania, nazywane niekiedy "rewolucją menedżerską", uprawnia hipotezę o nowym paradygmacie oglądu przedsiębiorstwa, nazywanym dalej strukturalnym. Na początek przeanalizowano założenia metodologiczne wyznaczające perspektywę postępu i poznania naukowego. (fragment tekstu)

The subject of the article, entitled The T. S. Kuhn's conception of paradigms and the theory of the firm, is the analysis of the development of theory of the firm in the contest of the T.S.Kuhn's conception of paradigms. The author is trying to answer the question if theories, which came into being in economic practice and science already after separation of the property and management, may create the new paradigm, named temporarily "structural", because theories and rights gathered in this article are concentrating on the structure and relations between each elements of the inside of the company. At the beginning of this article author formulates assumptions of the T.S.Kuhn's conception of paradigms, as grounds for reflections about the impact of the separation of the property and management in the economic practice for development of the theory of the firm. Then a neoclassical paradigm is presented, beginning with assumptions of the pure competition and the way of perceiving of the company, there are presented accusations under his address. In the more far-away part of the study author is making the attempt to verify the structural paradigm, which is consisted of the theories, which came into being already after the separation of the property and management, i.e. after "manager's revolution". Answering the question, the author is outlining the following theories: managerial theories of the firm, behavioural theories of firm and the new institutionalist theories including: property-rights theory, agency theory, transactions costs theories.
