Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest prezentacja wybranych wyników badań ukierunkowanych na opracowanie komputerowego systemu planowania wirtualnych sieci produkcyjnych małych i średnich przedsiębiorstw funkcjonujących w ramach klastrów przemysłowych. W artykule prezentowana jest propozycja metodyki planowania wirtualnych sieci produkcyjnych przedsiębiorstw oraz jej komputerowa implementacja, która pozwala na wyznaczenie dopuszczalnych wariantów sieci powoływanych celem terminowego zrealizowania nowych zleceń produkcyjnych w warunkach występowania ograniczeń kosztowych, zasobowych i logistycznych systemu klastra.(fragment tekstu)

The submitted paper concerns the formation of virtual production networks of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) functioning within regional industry clusters for realize new production orders. Surveys conducted as a part of research into one of the Polish clusters underline the need for combining the potential of enterprises in order to manufacture new production orders which significantly exceed the production capacity of any single cluster enterprise. Therefore the main aim of this article is the proposal of the method of forming virtual production networks belonging to the industrial cluster and its computer implementation which can guarantee the formation a network and the realization of a new production order on time and at an acceptable cost, according to logistical constraints (production capacity, transportation, storage capacity, etc). The proposed method and it's computer system allow the integration of cooperating enterprises, sharing of production capacity of enterprises and the possibility of production order execution. Furthermore, the proper functioning of the proposed system will improve the productivity of the production resources of cluster enterprises and will have a positive effect both on the development of small and medium enterprises belonging to the cluster and the region as a whole.
