Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest teoretyczne ujęcie podjętej problematyki, a także przedstawienie wyników badań empirycznych w zakresie poziomu wykorzystania posiadanych aktywów wiedzy w wybranych przedsiębiorstwach budowy maszyn. Przedstawione wyniki badań stanowią efekty prac prowadzonych w ramach realizacji projektu badawczego rozwojowego pt. System komputerowy wspomagania zarządzania w zakresie zarządzania wiedzą w przedsiębiorstwach przemysłu budowy maszyn (nr 03-0112-10/2010 z dnia 9.12.2010 r.).(fragment tekstu)

This paper presents a theoretical approach to the taken issue and the results of empirical research on the level of knowledge assets using in selected polish engineering companies. The results of the study are the effects of the work carried out as a part of the research and development project The computer system supported management in the area of knowledge management in machine-building industry enterprises (No. 030112-10/2010 dated 09.12.2010).(original abstract)
