W artykule omówiono intensyfikację kształcenia i dokształcania poza spółdzielczego. Wykorzystano wszystkie możliwe w tym zakresie formy, preferując te, które dają najlepsze i najszybsze efekty.

Full utilization of the co-operative movement for reforming social-economic relations, the use of changes occurring in Poland for the radical modification of the co-operatives themselves and their preparation for the changes carried by the 21 st century, with the simultaneous preservation of the co-operative characteristics, including the specific properties, requires good knowledge of the essence of the co-operative movement, in the wide comprehension of the term. These and many other factors point to the necessity of intensifying the co-operative education and, at the same time, choosing the most effective forms of that education. The above mentioned problems are the subject of the present paper. (original abstract)
