Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest przedstawienie teoretycznego dorobku w zakresie koncepcji profilowania bezrobotnych. Na jego podstawie, jak również zgodnie z doświadczeniami krajów wykorzystujących procedury wczesnej identyfikacji osób szczególnie zagrożonych długotrwałym pozostawaniem bez pracy (w szczególności Australii, Danii, Finlandii, Holandii, Irlandii, Niemiec, Stanów Zjednoczonych, Szwecji i Wielkiej Brytanii), podjęto następnie próbę nakreślenia kierunku budowy skutecznego systemu profilowania bezrobotnych.(fragment tekstu)

Unemployed profiling procedures are used to divide jobseekers into those at high risk of long-term unemployment and those who do not need interventions within the actions taken by public employment services. If only procedures are well designed and used, they significantly reduce the inflow into long-term unemployment. The paper analyses the theoretical concepts of unemployed profiling and describes the trend towards building the effective system for early identification of jobseekers at high risk of long-term unemployment.
