Ten artykuł jest drugim z trzech, w którym został opisany intelektualny wpływ ewolucyjnego myślenia na rozwój teorii organizacji i zarządzania. Został on poświęcony koncepcji ewoluującej organizacji Nelsona i Wintera. Możemy w nim znaleźć również korzyści i ograniczenia zastosowania tej koncepcji w praktyce oraz badaniach nad zarządzaniem.(abstrakt oryginalny)

This paper is the second of the three articles describing the intellectual impact of evolutionary thinking on the development of organization and management theory. It is dedicated to the Nelson and Winter's conception of evolving organizations and its consequences to the idea of organizational development. In the paper, we may also find the description of advantages and limitations of this conception utilization in management practices and researches(original abstract)
