Surface Activity of some Nonionic Detergents and their Chemical Structure
Języki publikacji
Abstrakty
W pracy wybrano do badań detergenty niejonowe, Ukanile, zawierające w cząsteczce łańcuchy węglowodorowe siedmio- i trzynastowęgłowe. Natomiast części hydrofilne cząsteczek tych związków zawierały 5, 6, 7 lub 11 grup polioksyetylenowych. Związki te były produkcji Ugine Kuhlmann Francja o stopniu czystości cz. da. (fragment tekstu)
The authors have been estimated the surface activity of nonionic detergents differing from each other in hydrophobic hain length and in amount of oxylene groups in molecules. Measurements of surface activity were made by static method using Wilhelmy plate and Lengumir's dynamic method. The relation between polar and nonpolar part of a molecule has significant effect on the surface activity of detergents. An increase of surface activity follows from the increase of difference between polar and nonpolar part of a molecule. (original abstract)
