W publikacji autor próbuje udowodnić tezę, że łączne traktowanie wiedzy i innowacji zwiększa sprawność działalności innowacyjnej. Cel ten został osiągnięty poprzez omówienie: 1) istoty wiedzy przedsiębiorstwa, 2) istoty innowacji i zarządzania innowacjami, 3) istoty strategicznej innowacji, 4) modelu aktywności menedżera w procesie tworzenia innowacji, 5) koncepcji zarządzania strategiczną innowacją. In this publication the author trys to show the thesis that treatment of knowledge and innovations joint increases efficiency of innovation activity. This aim is achieved by discussion: 1) essence of enterprise's knowledge, 2) essence of innovation and innovation management, 3) essence of strategic innovation, 4) model of manager's activity in the process of innovation creation, 5) conception of management strategic innovation.
