Poszukiwanie przez organizacje dróg do doskonałości doprowadziło do sformułowania różnych modeli i koncepcji jej osiągania. W tej pracy skupiono się na przedstawieniu tendencji w tworzeniu modeli doskonałości organizacji w zarządzaniu jakością. Przedstawiono wybrane istniejące modele doskonałości oraz ogólny cykl dojrzewania organizacji do doskonałości. (abstrakt oryginalny)

Searching by organizations the road to excellence has led to the formulation of different models and approaches to its achievement. This work focuses on the presentation of the trends in the creation of models of excellence in quality management. It shows the selected existing models of excellence and the overall cycle of maturing organization to excellence. (original abstract)
