Abstrakty

Kapitał intelektualny uczelni jest podstawowym zasobem niematerialnym szkoły, jest też (lub powinien być) efektem jej funkcjonowania. Zróżnicowanie definicji kapitału intelektualnego, jakie można zaobserwować w literaturze przedmiotu, wynika przede wszystkim z faktu, że są one formułowane przez przedstawicieli różnych zawodów i dyscyplin wiedzy. Najogólniej kapitał intelektualny to informacja i wiedza wykorzystane przez firmę w celu stworzenia wartości lub też zasoby wiedzy osobistej należące do organizacji. W opracowaniu omówione zostały uwarunkowania związane z pomiarem kapitału intelektualnego szkół wyższych. Artykuł koncentruje się tylko na jednym z elementów kapitału intelektualnego szkoły wyższej i prezentuje wyniki badań empirycznych przeprowadzonych przez autora na próbie studentów Uniwersytetu Ekonomicznego w Poznaniu.(fragment tekstu)
