W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano eksperyment monetarystyczny którego celem było ograniczenie rzeczywistej inflacji i jej oczekiwań. Omówiono doświadczenia z ekonomią strony podażowej i specyficzną policy mix.

In the eighties, in the U.S.A. a number of theses of neo-liberal economy have been, by way of experiment, put into practice. The paper is concerned with the analysis of the effectiveness of Reagan's policy which consists mainly in the monetarist experiment as well as with test of the supply party economy and the specific policy mix. In spite of the fact that the experience resulting from those experiments is. explicit, it has thrown much light on the matters of argument which distinguish the neo-liberal trend from the Keynesian tradition.
