Abstrakty

Zarządzanie projektami obejmuje etap zawierania umów pomiędzy stronami. Ma to istotny wpływ na wynik ekonomiczny, osiągnięty przez strony umowy, a także na zachowanie stron wykazujących zwykle dążenie do maksymalizacji zysków i uchronienie przed stratami. Można wyodrębnić osiem najważniejszych kategorii oceny umów projektowych. Celem pracy jest analiza efektywności opcji zarządzania projektami, a w szczególności analiza umów, z zastosowaniem metody werbalnej. (fragment tekstu)
