Do metod tych zaliczono: "sprawiedliwe" praktyki rekrutacyjne i derekrutacyjne, kreowanie "sprawiedliwego" systemu motywowania i wynagradzania, tworzenie "sprawiedliwych" systemów komunikacji, a także szkolenia pracowników. Wskazano także konsekwencje behawioralne, jakie mogą wynikać z implementacji tych metod. (abstrakt oryginalny)

One of the major determinants of employee engagement at work is a subjective sense of fairness among employees that they are treated fairly in the professional environment. It is for this reason that the aim of this article is to present and discuss the main methods that can be used to promote "organizational justice." These methods include "fair" recruitment and derecruitement practices, the establishing of a "fair" motivational and reward system, the creation of "fair" communication systems, and employee training. Potential behavioral consequences of the implementation of these methods are also indicated. (original abstract)
