The change of parameters of the economic process that consists in reduction of the burden of tax on wage increments and of "dividend" payments generally provokes in the state enterprises concerned a fall in the labour input and the output. These conclusions hold true for various market positions of enterprises (i.e. both for enterprises which have no influence on prices of their products, for monopolies as well as for those operating in a oligopolistic markets whereas other oligopolies, individually or as a whole, either do not react at all to a change in output of the given enterprise or also reduce their output).
