Abstrakty
The purpose of the model presented in the article is to obtain a theoretical basis for estimation of effects of an international stabilization of raw material prices on the export revenues of developing countries. In a model approach, a number of factors that determine supply and demand positions in the market for raw materials, are taken in account. In particular, such an analytical basis is given by determination of the impact of direction and extent of deviations of supply and demand curves, the shape of the curve that generates price fluctuations as well as the price elasticities of supply and demand. The model takes an algebraic-geometric form. The test parameters constructed in the final part of the article, make it possible to estimate the stabilization effect of export revenues brought about by elimination of instability of prices under conditions of domination of either supply or demand fluctuations in the raw material market.
