Abstrakty

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest analiza polityki zewnętrznej Unii Europejskiej w odniesieniu do regulacji rynków finansowych. Szczególnie interesuje mnie perspektywa geoekonomiczna. A konkretnie to, czy można dostrzec powiązania między interesami geopolitycznym aktorów europejskich a podejmowanymi inicjatywami wobec rynków finansowych w skali globalnej. Zamierzam też zweryfikować hipotezę o słabości zewnętrznej polityki gospodarczej UE w omawianym obszarze. Wynika ona nie tylko z niewystarczających instytucji i zasobów finansowych, ale przede wszystkim słabości geopolitycznej UE. Bolączką Unii jest m.in. brak odpowiedniej strategii geoekonomicznej. The main purpose of this article is to analyze the external policy of the European Union with regard to the regulation of financial markets. I am particularly interested in geo-economic perspective. Specifically, whether it can be seen the links between geopolitical interests of European actors and initiatives undertaken to global financial markets. The main hypothesis is about the weakness of external economic policy of the EU in regulation of global financial markets. It results not only from inadequate institutions and financial resources, but above all the EU's geopolitical weakness, which includes lack of Union adequate geo-economic strategy.
