Outsourcing w Chinach konkurencją dla Indii?

Chiny mają szansę stać się w przyszłości największym dostawcą usług outsourcingowych, a przynajmniej dostawcą równoległym w stosunku do Indii w ramach zjawiska multisourcingu, zmiany w tym kraju związane z rozwojem gospodarczym, liberalizacja stworzyły szanse także na rozwój outsourcingu, offshore manufacturing, rozwinięty już w Chinach, tworzy punkt wyjścia do rozwoju sektora usług w tym kraju oraz innych form outsourcingu. Dodatkowe bariery występują natomiast w odniesieniu do zachodnich odbiorców usług outsourcingowych, między innymi w zakresie kompatybilności językowej. Chiny mogą zagrozić Indiom w zakresie konkurencji w usługach outsourcingowych z uwagi na "inflację płac" w tym kraju, ale muszą wcześniej pokonać inne bariery, których Indie nie doświadczyły. Symboliczny może być w tym miejscu przykład centrum outsourcingu Shenzhen Software Park Offshore Development Center (SZODC) utworzone wspólnie przez firmę chińską Shenzhen Software Park (SZSP - China National Torch Plan Software Base) oraz indyjską (India Zensar Technology - Zensar). SZODC oferuje usługi outsourcingowe w ramach projektów: BFI (bankowość, finanse, ubezpieczenia), TWU (telefonizacja) oraz MRD (produkcja, nieruchomości, dystrybucja). (fragment tekstu)
