Abstrakty

Celem artykułu jest analiza i ocena krytyczna poszczególnych schematów certyfikacji w zakresie jakości żywności, mających zastosowanie w Unii Europejskiej, a także próba ich klasyfikacji, według zidentyfikowanych podobieństw. W artykule dokonano zaprezentowania podstawowych pojęć i definicji dotyczących certyfikacji i oceny zgodności, jak również zaproponowano podział schematów certyfikacji według przyjętych kategorii. W artykule posłużono się metodą monograficzną, analizą źródeł wtórnych, jakimi były zestawienia prezentowane na oficjalnej stronie Unii Europejskiej, a także metodami syntezy i wnioskowania. The aim of the article is the analysis and critical evaluation of the particular certification schemes within the scope of food quality, applicable in European Union, and an attempt to classify them according to identified categories. In the article the fundamental terms and defintions referring to certification and conformity assessment have been presented, as well as the classification of the food quality schemes was proposed. In the article the monography method, the anlysis of secondary sources, the synthesis and conclusion methods were used. (original abstract)
