The current article deals with problems of reengineering, information technology (IT) and electronic business (EB) development. The paper stresses the need of speeding necessary activities aiming a reengineering in economic processes on the basis of logistics concepts. The main problem is an urgent and radical restructuring of processes connected with the floating capital by means of financial logistics rules. The necessity of integration of restructuring processes within a firm with external bodies in the form of equal (uniform) information websites - which will make possible new forms of activity and communication by means of Information and Communication Technology (l&CT) - has been also stressed.(original abstract)

Artykuł podejmuje zagadnienia związane z problematyką reengineeringu, technologii informacyjnych (IT) i rozwoju e-biznesu (EB). Podkreśla potrzebę intensyfikacji aktywności mającej na celu reengineering procesów biznesowych w oparciu o koncepcje logistyczne. Za główny problem uznaje się natychmiastową i radykalną restrukturyzację procesów związanych z przepływami kapitałowymi oraz koncepcjami logistycznymi. Niniejszy tekst wskazuje również na potrzebę integracji procesów restrukturyzacji w organizacji ze środowiskiem zewnętrznym w oparciu o zintegrowane formy aktywności i komunikacji przy wykorzystaniu narzędzi ICT.(abstrakt oryginalny)
