One of the most dynamic develop of trends in an application of the information trchnology systems for the management is a direction which one can define as a Integrated Building Management Systems. The systems allow for administer and manage of a house. At consistency of the apply of the BMS We are saying about that as a "Intelligent Building". Look out on theoretical massage concerning of the "rules of new economic ordeliness " determined by Don Tapscott. Than in the paper to be presen a place of these types of systems which are used in information surroundings. Fundamental part of the paper will dedicated of problems connected with the experiments the building this type of the system for needs administer and manage new building for Raifeissen Bank. Used the system will realized the functions which are binding among other things with: Ventilating and air-conditioning as well as electrical and lighting, access control for rooms,antiburglary installation, watch over television. In this paper will presented the effects and barriers used of these types of systems.
