The paper refers to the cultural aspects of cooperation between Polish companies and their Chinese and German contractors. The differences in the perception of the partners from this countries and in the behavior of Polish exporters and importers towards them were analyzed in the study. The paper presents also the linear regression models of the influence of the business partner country perception on the behavior of Polish companies. According to the analysis, the behavior towards the foreign contractor is influenced more by the perception of the companies from this country, than by the partners country of origin.
