In large organisations and enterprises many reports are needed. They should be complex, presented "just in time ". Managers need many different breakdowns, statistics, graphs. In case of an organisation M'here many people use many reports this is very big problem to provide all needed changes, to all of them. The intranet could be the answer. In this paper we will try to show what problems could appear, and we will propose the solution
