Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest wskazanie na podstawowe zmiany w strukturze demograficznej ludności państw UE. Zmiany piramidy wieku ludności większości krajów europejskich w kierunku modelu zastojowego, a nawet regresywnego generują nowe zadania dla służb wspomagających funkcjonowanie starzejących się społeczeństw.(fragment tekstu)
The aim of his article is to point out some crucial changing of the demographic structure in EU countries. Changing in demographic structure by age and sex in majority of European country from population young to old is the main impact for new problem in gender society. Innovative social logistics is a challenge for management new zone case by this changing, for creating new better society.(original abstract)
