Abstrakty
Artykuł omawia role i funkcje metafor w teorii i praktyce zarządzania. Omówione zostały role dwóch podstawowych rodzajów metafor - retorycznej i poznawczej. Wyróżniono również cztery funkcje metafor w zarządzaniu. Konkluzją przedstawionych badań stanowią sugestie dotyczące możliwości zwiększenia użyteczności metafor w zarządzaniu. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The article discusses the role and functions of metaphors in the management theory and practice. It discusses the roles of the two basic types of metaphors - the rhetorical and cognitive and presents four functions of metaphors in management. The conclusion of this study provides tips to improve the usability of metaphors in management. (original abstract)
