Reputacja jest na współczesnych rynkach bardzo cennym, choć jednocześnie wrażliwym zasobem, co wynika m.in. z faktu, że jest opinią formułowaną przez bardzo różne podmioty, przy użyciu wielu bardzo różnych kryteriów. Ochrona i umacniane reputacji, poprzez zarządzanie ryzykiem reputacji, staje się obecnie jednym z najważniejszych zadań kierownictwa przedsiębiorstw. Polega to na identyfikacji i kontrolowaniu tych wszystkich rodzajów ryzyka, które mogą wpływać na reputację firmy - neutralizując zagrożenia, a wzmacniając szanse. Pomocą dla menedżerów we wdrażaniu systemu zarządzania ryzykiem reputacji mogą być modele dojrzałości, które podpowiadają pewną sprawdzoną drogę postępowania, zwiększającą prawdopodobieństwo sukcesu. W artykule przedstawiono zarys takiego modelu dojrzałości, który może stanowić dla menedżerów swego rodzaju mapę drogową umożliwiającą stopniowe, konsekwentne wdrażanie polityki, procesów i praktyk mających szczególne znaczenie dla kontrolowania ryzyka reputacji.(abstrakt oryginalny)

The corporate reputation is valuable, but very sensitive asset on contemporary markets. One of the important top management tasks is protect of firm reputation through reputation risk management. Management should consist of identification and control all type of risks that may influence on firm reputation - counteracting threats and augmenting opportunities. Maturity model can help in risk management system implementation, because it shows a roadmap and increases succes likelihood. The article presents risk reputation maturity model proposal which may be useful for leaders in reputation management.(original abstract)
