W niniejszym opracowaniu skupiono się na przedsiębiorczości strategicznej, którą potraktowano jako działalność o dialektycznym charakterze. Wychodząc z założenia o dezaktualizacji tradycyjnego ujęcia zarówno przedsiębiorczości, jak i zarządzania strategicznego, wykonano następny krok w kierunku bardziej dynamicznej teorii budowanej poza dominującym aktualnie paradygmatem badawczym. Jest to podejście otwierające nowe, potencjalnie owocne perspektywy rozważań o przedsiębiorczości. Nadrzędnym zamierzeniem było przestudiowanie, w jaki sposób organizacje inicjują, rozwijają i podtrzymują kompetencje do strategicznego prowadzenia przedsiębiorczości. Duża część wyjaśnień ma swe korzenie w złożoności i dynamice otoczenia, historycznie współewoluującego z kompetencjami organizacji. Głównym problemem zarządzania jest tutaj selekcja prawidłowej strategii przedsiębiorczości. Ograniczenia przestrzeni i czasu spowodowały, iż zilustrowano tylko podstawowe wytyczne strategicznie, ukierunkowujące ustawiczny proces przedsiębiorczości na utrzymywanie i podwyższanie efektywności funkcjonowania i rozwoju organizacji.
