Abstrakty

Odzyskanie dowolnego składnika z jakichkolwiek odpadów uznanych za nieużyteczne jest - przy obecnym stanie techniki - w każdym przypadku możliwe, a zagadnienie sprowadza się jedynie do: uzasadnienia celowości odzysku, wyboru najodpowiedniejszej technologii ekstrakcji, określenie kosztu produkcji, a w konsekwencji opłacalności wybranej koncepcji. W artykule przedstawiono fragment większej całości badań związanych z wyborem technologii ekstrakcji przy zastosowaniu metody flotacji, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem wpływu zmian pH na proces flotacji. Changing pH by half degree in the range 3,0-6,5 by gradual or continuous addition of 1 or 10% solution of sulphuric acid, there have been conducted several test of flotation with the use of four different removing agents and potassic oleate as a frothing agent. The author investigated the impact of these changes on the yield (ε) and the useful constituent's content in the concentrate (β). The results have been presented in tables 1-4 and the impact changes pH on the extraction of ferro oxiden in the presence of different removing and one frothing agents have graphically shown in drawings 6-9. The conducted investigations prove that the flotation of ferro oxide from blast-furnace sludges precedes best with pH 4,0-4,5 whereas with pH 5,0-6,0 flotation's effects are because, despite the increase in yield (ε) the useful constituent's content decrease in the concentrate (β) which is, as known, a measure (indicator) of the effectiveness of the conducted flotation.
