The main subject of the article is to describe the process of leadership training programs evaluation. In the introduction the author presents the impact of the organizational culture on the growth in trainings efficiency. Then the author presents the duties of the top management, line managers, trainers, training specialists and participants on preparing the analysis of the efficiency of the training program. Afterwards, the tools used for evaluation and the time horizon of analysis are described. Finally calculation of costs and the profit margin are characterized. (original abstract)
