For ages have people connected a family to a happiness of an individual. As well a contemporary person, facing various economical, social and cultural transformations, according to surveys, puts a family on the top of their values. However, many feminists authors are suspicious of family they understand traditional family and mainly maternity as a source of women's oppression. We will present (without detailed analysis) three dominant feminist trends and their attitudes to family. In this context we will situate the most influential feminist trend in the western academic world: the post-structural feminism. We will present its reflexion of family and gender agenda, inspired by this movement. At the end we will indicate critical note to it. (original abstract)
