Abstrakty
Celem artykułu jest zaproponowanie koncepcji ułatwiających zarządzanie działalnością PR w przedsiębiorstwach. Autor zakłada, że dotychczas PR należy do najmniej efektywnie zarządzanych środków promocji. Autor proponuje ujmowanie PR przede wszystkim ze względu na związki pomiędzy środkami promocji marketingowej. Dalsza propozycja autora dotyczy analizy elementów procesu komunikacji marketingowej jako podstawy wyboru działań. W końcowej części artykułu autor proponuje oryginalną koncepcję struktury narzędzi PR. (abstrakt oryginalny)
The purpose of the paper is to propose concepts that aim to facilitate the management of public relations in businesses. It is the author's opinion that public relations are among the least efficiently managed instruments of business promotion. He therefore proposes to approach public relations through the relationships identilied between the different instruments of marketing promotion. Another proposition is to found PR decisions on an in-depth analysis of each element of the marketing communication process. Finally, an original concept of a new classification of PR tools is presented. (original abstract)
