Professor Vladimir Babčak - priced and admitted as the savvy expert of financial, business and international law in Slovakia - in his book entitled " Tax (enforcement) proceedings", undertakes a task of profound analysis of tax enforcement proceedings' provisions effective in our southern neighbour (Slovakia). This work is very interesting and valuable on polish ground because it presents the tax enforcement proceedings system in country where in 2004 had been introduced 19 flat tax.
