The quality of life can be seen as the difference betvween individual expectations and what human being can actually achieved in its life. The smaller the difference, the higher the quality of life. The objective consideration of the quality of life of the recipiens of social services is an appropriate tool in the assessment of the level and quality of social services. (original abstract)
