Opracowanie podejmuje próbę analizy atrybucji przynależności organizacyjnej i jej roli dla stymulowania innowacyjności w zatrudnieniu tymczasowym. W badaniach wzięło udział 300 pracowników agencji pracy tymczasowej z całej Polski. (abstrakt oryginalny)

The following article is an analysis attempt of the psychological organizational attribution of commitment role of being innovation in temporary employment. Research was conducted on a sample of 300 employees from temporary work agencies from the whole Poland. (original abstract)
